We participated in the Seminar “Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Agriculture: Technologies and Cases of Good Practices” on May 31 in the city of Monte Patria. The seminar analyzed cases of good practices of companies in the agri-food sector, technologies and measures to reduce water and energy consumption in agricultural processes. In addition, interesting business models for incorporating solar energy in the sector’s processes were reviewed.
To ensure the sustainability of agriculture worldwide, it is necessary to implement intelligent irrigation systems that increase production levels using fewer productive resources.
