What changes and how does it affect you?
As of this date, all product reception and dispatch operations will be moved to our new location at:
Avenida Colorado 561, Quilicura (Bodega E5).
To avoid delays or inconveniences, it is essential to update your records and systems with this new address.
Access and key procedures
To ensure fast and efficient entry to the Distribution Center, we have implemented a new access control system:
Carrier entry: a You must send a WhatsApp with the phone number of the carrier, which will be sent a QR Code that must be shown at the Totem located at the Gatehouse, which will authorize the entry by lifting the security barrier.
Reception and dispatch hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 hrs.
- Friday: 08:00 - 13:00 hrs.
Avoid mishaps: Coordinate your deliveries within the established schedule.
