At VOGT, we obtained certification under the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 tri-standard following an audit conducted by Bureau Veritas, consolidating our Integrated Management System in quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.
This milestone validates our operational standards and reaffirms our commitment to excellence, business sustainability, and continuous improvement in each of our processes.
What does it mean to be certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001?
The integration of these three international standards strengthens our management in strategic areas:
- • ISO 9001: Quality Management focused on efficient, controlled processes and customer satisfaction.
- • ISO 14001: Environmental Management based on the identification, control, and reduction of environmental impacts.
- • ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management System that promotes safe work environments and preventive risk management.

Operating under the triple standard means working with recognized international standards, traceability, systematic risk control, and documented continuous improvement.
For our industrial and mining customers, this translates into greater operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and management aligned with ESG requirements that are increasingly relevant in evaluation and bidding processes.
An achievement aligned with our Sustainability Strategy
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification is part of the goals we defined in our Sustainability Strategy, where we established as a priority the strengthening of our governance, environmental management, and preventive culture.
This advance complements our ISO 9001 certification, integrating quality, environment, and safety under a structured and coherent system.
With this, we reinforce strategic pillars such as:
- • Environmental Responsibility
- • Corporate Integrity
- • Social Commitment

What impact does this have on our customers?
In a highly demanding industrial environment, having triple certification is not just a technical standard: it is a concrete sign of how we manage our processes and risks.
For our customers, this certification implies:
- • Processes audited and validated by an external entity.
- • Structured management of operational and environmental risks.
- • Preventive culture in occupational health and safety.
- • Continuous improvement based on indicators and objective evidence.
- • Alignment with international standards required in highly complex projects.
This achievement strengthens our position as a strategic supplier of pumping solutions for mining and industry.
We spoke with those who led the certification process
Roberto Alarcón, Head of the Quality Management System
Roberto, beyond the certification itself, what specific changes did this process bring about in the way we manage risks, make decisions, and coordinate work between areas?
Today, we manage risks in a proactive and structured manner. We don't react to problems: we identify, evaluate, and address them with a preventive approach, simultaneously considering quality, environmental impact, and people's safety. This allows us to act with greater certainty and responsibility.
In decision-making, we incorporate an approach based on data, context analysis, risk assessment, and opportunities. Every relevant decision is based on objective information, clear criteria, and a strategic vision aligned with our commitments to customers, employees, and the environment.
In terms of coordination between areas, quality, safety, and the environment are no longer isolated areas but have become a cross-cutting responsibility for the entire organization, enabling the IMS to break paradigms.
More than just a certification, this process has left us with a culture of greater operational discipline, more conscious leadership, and teams committed to continuous improvement. This is undoubtedly the true achievement of this milestone.
Fanny Guerra, HSE Coordinator
Fanny, from an Occupational Health and Safety perspective, what specific changes did this process bring about in our preventive culture and in the way we manage risks in the field?
From an OHS perspective, this process has significantly strengthened our preventive culture and, in particular, the quality of our decision-making. Today, decisions in the field are made with greater analysis, technical judgment, and responsibility, always prioritizing risk control over operational pressure.
We reaffirm that no operational control is a formality, but rather a critical safety barrier. This learning experience allowed us to organize criteria, align the chain of command, and consolidate decisions that are more consistent with our preventive standards.
I value the willingness to approach this process seriously, as it allowed us to strengthen a more conscious, firm, and focused management approach to the real protection of workers.
Operational excellence as an ongoing commitment
Obtaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification confirms that at VOGT we operate with an integrated management model that is consistent and aligned with international standards.
More than just a certification, it is a way of working: with discipline, responsibility, and a long-term vision.
We continue to move forward to strengthen our sustainable organizational culture and offer efficient, safe solutions aligned with the current challenges of the industry.
